"It was a pleasure having Scott as our agent. We had to leave before getting the house ready for sale. He had a handyman that was able to get everything fixed and cleaned at a reasonable price. The house was sold after 16 days on the market to the second person to look at it. I told Scott when we signed the listing he would earn his commission on this one. He did. The house sold quick, problems were solved quickly, and the paperwork was amazingly simple. Thanks Scott, you and your team did a great job."

"Scott was an amazing real estate agent! He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling our home in Omaha. He was very detailed and knowledgeable during our initial visit. He listened to our goals for selling our home and gave great insights and professional help to help us accomplish those goals. He performed multiple open houses and always communicated with us well in advance when he would be doing those. He had easily available resources to help with things such as fixes to our home that were requested by the seller and he did all of the coordinating to make that happen. "Scott did an outstanding job helping me sell my home.I had listed my house with a different realtor at first, which was a terrible experience and my house sat unsold with very few viewings for 6 months. Upon taking over Scott respected my request to not reduce the selling price. He had a very quick turnaround on re-listing the house. The number of showings went up drastically and he was able to secure me an acceptable offer with 45 days of taking over.He was very knowledgeable, professional and kept me up to date on all progress.I am very glad I worked with Scott.
